I happend to use Banfield Pet Clinic, to remove a hematoma in his left ear. After 4 months the hematoma is back. We are now going somewhere else to have this one done.<br />Now do any of you have a time tested idea to give a dog ear medicine that bites and growls at you when you get the medicine near to the ear? Do any of you have any secrets?<br /><br />John

dont give up! be a leader associate it with something good and be patient! i know it is soooo hard your dog and you cant just have a deep conversation where you say hey im just doin this for you own good! but if you let go of the fear in you when you start the process it helps dont think so much about it!(I know you are!) they feel that. change the way you are approching it give a treat after and lots of good chi when you accomplish your goal, be stern correct the behavior of aggression before it happens maybe try to walk em or exercise em for a half hour or more then try to do the meds, then your dog will be more mellow and accepting of what you need to do because you lead him on the great walks why would you lead him down a negative path with their ears? good luck!
